Quotes:
  • I think Star Trek: First Contact is a fairly flawless movie. It's really beautifully made and seamlessly put together. When I saw the film for the first time, I was blown away by the actual speed and force and interest of the story. Even if I had walked off the street and watched it cold, I would have been interested by it.

Alice Krige Trivia
  • Is the only "Star Trek" movie villain to reprise his/her role. She played the Borg Queen in both Star Trek: First Contact (1996) and the "Star Trek: Voyager" (1995) episode "Endgame".
  • Attended the Central School of Speech and Drama in London.
  • Krige originated the role of the Borg Queen in the film "Star Trek: First Contact", but chose not to reprise her portrayal on "Star Trek: Voyager". Actress Susanna Thompson played the Borg Queen a few times on "Voyager", but she was not available during the filming of the show's final episode (she couldn't fit it into her shooting schedule for "Once and Again"), so Krige resumed the role for the finale.
  • A 4.5 inch Star Trek action figure was made in her likeness as The Borg Queen in the film Star Trek: First Contact.
  • She was awarded the Laurence Olivier Theatre Award in 1982 (1981 season) for Most Promising Newcomer in the production of Arms of the Man.
